We will prepare a main dish (primo), and/or a second course (secondo) with fresh ingredients you can easily find at your home (casa). As Marino is almost a Sommelier, you will also learn about wine pairing techniques to make your meal a blast of perfect flavours.
Monday 8.00 am: St. Stefano’s Lentils / (Formaggio Fritto) Fried Cheese
Tuesday 5.30 pm: Pesce al Cartoccio con patate (Baked fish with potatoes) / Verdure Grigliate
Wednesday 10.30 am: Ricotta’s Ravioli with Nonna
Saturday 5.30 pm: Pasta all’Amatriciana / (Frittata) Italian style Omelette
Sunday 10.30 am: Fresh-egg Spaghetti alla chitarra with Nonna
