We will prepare a main dish (primo), and/or a second course (secondo) with fresh ingredients you can easily find at your home (casa). Thanks to Marino’s is Sommelier skills, you will also learn about wine pairing techniques to make your Italian meal a blast of perfect flavors.
Monday 8.00 am: St. Stefano’s Lentils / Formaggio Fritto (Fried Cheese)
Tuesday 5.30 pm: Pesce al Cartoccio con patate (Baked fish with potatoes) / Verdure Grigliate (Grilled Vegetables)
Wednesday 10.30 am: Ricotta’s Ravioli with Nonna
Saturday 5.30 pm: Pasta all’Amatriciana / Italian style Omelette (Frittata)
Sunday 10.30 am: Fresh-egg Spaghetti alla Chitarra with Nonna
